About Me
I hold a Bachelor of Midwifery from Griffith University in Queensland, where I gained comprehensive knowledge in prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. My clinical placements at The Gold Coast University Hospital allowed me to hone my skills in patient assessment, labor support, and newborn care, creating a foundation of expertise that allows me to cater to each woman's unique needs. I am deeply committed to ensuring that expectant mothers feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience, and I strive to create a compassionate and respectful environment for them and their families.
From 2025, I am now working as a Clinical Midwife at Canberra Public Hospital but I will always make time for my Blessed by a Miracle women.
I am a fully qualified Body Ready Method® Practitioner
Body Ready Method® is an approach to assess and prepare a woman's pregnant body for an optimal birthing experience and a smoother postpartum recovery. This method uses client-specific movement tools to address discomforts in pregnancy, create a balanced space in the pelvis, and facilitate better baby positioning for birth.
I am also a fully qualified Spinning Babies® Practitioner
As a Spinning Babies practitioner, I specialise in techniques designed to optimise fetal positioning during pregnancy and labour. The Spinning Babies method focuses on gentle exercises and body positioning to encourage the baby into an ideal position for birth, often with the goal of reducing complications like breech or posterior presentations. This method is grounded in the idea that the baby’s position can influence the course of labor, and by helping the baby settle into a more favorable position, the practitioner aims to promote smoother, safer births for both the mother and baby.
Spinning Babies practitioners are trained in specific techniques, such as the "Three Principles of Spinning Babies" (Balance, Gravity, and Movement), to guide expectant mothers through stretches, positions, and exercises that help open the pelvis, relax ligaments, and align the baby in the most optimal position for birth. This approach is non-invasive and is often used alongside other traditional methods of childbirth preparation.
"As a midwife, I would be honoured to care for you throughout your pregnancy and birth, providing personalized support every step of the way. My Services

Home Visits
As a midwife, I visit expectant mums at home to ensure both mum and baby are doing well throughout the pregnancy. I carefully monitor the development of both, making sure everything is progressing as it should. During these visits, I take the time to discuss and create a birthing plan with the mum and her partner, always focused on the best outcomes for everyone involved. My approach is nurturing, but also direct, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are clear for a positive birth experience.

Breastfeeding advice
As a qualified Lactation Specialist, I am also here to help you navigate your breastfeeding journey. Every experience is different, and my goal is to guide you toward happy, confident outcomes — whether that means supporting your breastfeeding goals or helping you transition smoothly to bottle feeding with formula if that feels right for you and your baby.
If challenges arise, we will navigate them together, ensuring you feel empowered, informed, and never alone.
Your journey is unique — and I'm here to help make it as positive, peaceful, and supported as possible.

Well Being Advice
In addition to my care during pregnancy, I offer well-being advice tailored to each mum's individual needs. This includes recommending exercises that are safe and beneficial during pregnancy, as well as providing nutrition guidance to ensure both mum and baby are getting the best nourishment. I also offer sleep advice to help mums rest and recharge. If needed, I’ll accompany mums to obstetric appointments, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way. My goal is to provide holistic care, focusing on both physical and emotional well-being throughout the pregnancy journey.
